Raj Natarajan is an Enterprise Technology Strategist with a focus on business solutions around Portals and Collaboration based on the Microsoft Collaboration Platform in the Asia Pacific marketplace. Raj works for the Customer Advocacy and Technical Management team in the APAC Regional Headquarters for Microsoft in Singapore. Prior to his current role, he was the Infrastructure Architect in the National Technology Team for Microsoft Australia.
With over 15 years experience in the Information Technology industry, previously with the Indian Space Research Organisation and for over 10 years with Microsoft right from Product Support Engineering, Microsoft Consulting Services thru to the Regional Strategist Team across Asia Pacific, Raj has gained a deep understanding of what drives technology and solutions for organisations of all sizes. Raj has spent much time providing customers and partners with core infrastructure architecture, knowledge management solutions, enterprise collaboration strategy and providing a solid understanding of security and infrastructure principals.
Raj has worked with a number for Enterprise Customers during his tenure at Microsoft. Most notably, Australian Department of Defence, numerous Australian Federal Government agencies comprising public sector, healthcare & education, major Australian banks and large commercial organisations in Manufacturing, Retail, Professional Services and Telco industry.
Raj has 2 degrees – Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science) from Bangalore University, India and Masters in Information Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Raj also holds current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certifications. He also brings a solid understanding of the needs of both knowledge workers and IT professionals in the corporate and enterprise space to Microsoft. |
