Deny Rahardjo - is the Area IT Manager of Asia Pacific IT Management for Microsoft with responsibility for internal IT services across all of Microsoft field organization. The field IT organization supports over 80,000 internal customers using over 160,000 desktops distributed in over 100 countries. Microsoft has a justified reputation as very fast-paced and coupled with the IT philosophy of early adoption across a wide variety of hardware and software, this makes for an exciting IT ecosystem. To succeed in this environment, it is critical that IT managers understand how change works and how to be in the vanguard when it comes to the strategies and execution of change.

Deny has over 17 years experience in the IT industry and his career has tracked through different roles in the sector. These roles have included data centre operations, programming, systems design, financial controlling and various leadership roles. Almost all of his experience has been gained in an international environment, working to drive change across different business and national cultures. He has also gained experience outside the IT space to develop his general management capability.
