Alan Stone is Microsoft’s Field IT Director for the APJ region.  In this role he is accountable for delivery of on site infrastructure and services to Microsoft staff across India, Greater China, Japan, And Asia-Pacific.  Alan has performed a number of roles within Microsoft IT, including Chief of Staff for Field IT Centre of Excellence, IT Director for Australia / New Zealand, IT Director Ireland, and EMEA Deskside Support Manager.  Prior to joining Microsoft Alan held a range of roles with Waterford Crystal Ltd. in Ireland.  Based in Singapore, Alan is married with two children.
