Leon's role as Solution Manager for Government in BEA Systems sees him working closely with government ministries and agencies assisting them in defining and architecting application infrastructures that help them to achieve the vision of a network government. His key role is to support the sales with his expertise in pre-sales, consultancy and architecture/strategy advice. Leon is also highly familiar in Java, Object concepts, patterns, framework type of applications. He has been involved in training BEA customers and leading implementation and pre-sales in a number of E-Commerce projects, using applications and technologies in Java platform.

Leon has more than 9 years' experience in IT, with 5 of those years in IT solution consulting. With keen understanding of business processes, he has been instrumental in assisting customers to adopt advanced technologies that meet business needs.
