From his early years in the then-National Computer Board where he worked on software quality, IT R&D and Manpower and Culture planning, to heading up a telecommunications software postgrad training institute, to transforming the library system in Singapore; he has certainly operated on both sides of the ICT revolution - from the supply to the demand sides. He currently chairs the Institute of Systems Science (ISS) Management Board and sits on the Boards of various organisations.
