Ringo Cheung is the General Manager of the Services Department, and is responsible for developing and managing the IT services business for Fujitsu in Hong Kong.
A seasoned IT veteran, Ringo has more than 20 years experience in IT and IT-related services. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Ringo was the key executive in IBM Global Services in Hong Kong, responsible for the overall operations and management of IBM’s service organization in the region. Ringo also earned substantial experience in Greater China through various regional management positions. His extensive knowledge in Quality systems and experience in delivering Services has resulted in him winning a number of prestigious awards for his previous employer.
Ringo’s mission within Fujitsu is to lead the Services team to deliver high quality IT services to customers and maximize their IT investments. Fujitsu Services is deploying Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and techniques in managing the delivering of IT infrastructure, system integration, application development, outsourcing and operation support services.
Ringo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada.
