Convergence
happens when the barriers between similar
activities are removed. We will be discussing
the potential convergence between the disciplines
of physical asset protection, and the world
of IT Security. Both disciplines share common
agendas, common methodologies and in many
cases similar vocabulary and culture. They

that are used by both the attackers and the
guardians of our assets.These barriers are
quickly eroding. Modern converged networks
