Event Policy


	Payment & Invoice Registrations must be accompanied by full payment. You may pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) or check, payable to International Data Corporation.


	Conference Fee This fee includes admission to sessions, Lunch, and refreshment breaks, and access to presentations online* * Printed proceedings will not be available at the conference. Directions presentations will be made available to all attendees via IDC Asia/Pacific's Web site.


	Deadline Payment is required with registration and must be received by April 21, 2004 to guarantee your place. For early bird discounts, you will need to pay by April 1, 2004.


	Cancellation We regret that no cancellation will be accepted once registration is submitted. If you are unable to attend, we welcome a substitute delegate. Please provide the particulars of the substitute delegate, in writing, at least three working days before the event. No refund will be made for cancellation or non-attendance. However, a password to access the presentations online will be emailed to you after the event.
