Mark is KPMG's Regional Service Specialist for Business Partner and Intellectual Property Services in Asia Pacific. He has over 15 years of experience in business partner and intellectual property reviews (including joint venture, licence, manufacturing, channel and royalty reviews), financial investigations, litigation support, and asset recovery matters, of which 12 years have been in Asia.

Mark has has directed large and small royalty and licence and channel distribution reviews throughout Asia and assisted in resolving financial disputes in shareholder and deceased estate proceedings. He is a member of The Academy of Experts and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of certified Public Accountants.
