Avinash Lotke works as a Manager Systems Engineering (SE) for a Symantec. Avinash leads a team of Product SE’s specializing on the Symantec Security and Availability Solutions. Avinash specializes in Archiving, Security and Compliance for unstructured data.  Prior to this he was working with Microsoft for four and a half years as a Technology Specialist focusing on Exchange and the Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions.. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Avinash provides presales and architectural support to Enterprise Customers. Prior to joining Microsoft Avinash worked in for a SI in India where he delivered turn key infrastructure projects. During his free time he likes to play racket sports and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
