Haiyan Song is responsible for overseeing a fast-growing engineering organization
and driving the delivery of ArcSight's next generation ESM, Log
Management and Network Configuration Management product. Prior to ArcSight,
Haiyan served as vice president of engineering at SenSage, where she oversaw
product and solution development. Previous to that, she served as vice president of
engineering and support at Omniva Policy Systems, a leading provider of secure
messaging solution, now part of Liquid Machines. She has led engineering
organizations at various enterprise software and service providers including Ketera
Technology, Escalate and Informix, where she served as executive director for the
company's system management product division and led the development of trusted
RDBMS server products. Haiyan studied at China's top engineering school,
Tsinghua University, she holds both a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in
Computer Engineering from FAU.
