Douglas Lee
Regional Security Manager, Microsoft Worldwide Security Centre of Excellence (SCOE)

Douglas Lee is the Regional Security Manager of the Microsoft Worldwide Security Centre of Excellence (SCOE) team, heading up the Asia Pacific, Greater China and Japan Region. He works closely with Microsoft product groups, security organisations, customers, industry organisations and partners to develop security solutions to address real world challenges.

With 11 years of experience in the field of IT, Douglas has undertaken numerous global projects both as an internal resource and as an external consultant. His expertise lies in information security management, identity and access management, network security, IT infrastructure, IT security strategy, communications and technology audit.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Douglas was Senior Manager of Global Risk Management Solutions, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led teams in information security consulting, information risk management and technology audit assignments. He was also Vice President of Internal Audit for United Overseas Banking Group; Associate Director, Information Technology Security (telecoms and infrastructure) for UBS AG, and Chief Security Architect in System Access (an international banking software vendor).

Douglas currently serves on the ISACA Board as Vice President, Singapore Chapter and was admitted into the International Who's Who of Information Technology registry in 2001. He is a regular speaker at IT security and audit workshops/conferences across Asia Pacific.

Douglas received his BSc degree in Information Systems and business from Murdoch University. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Router Specialist (Nortel).
