Thomas Cochran joined the WW IP&L Customer Advocacy team in April of 07 and is directly responsible for the development of the Microsoft/Novell relationship and articulating Microsoft’s IP strategy in Asia Pacific and India. Prior to joining the IP&L team he was the business manager for the Communication Sector APJ team running sales operations and assisting with business planning.
Thomas joined Microsoft in 2003 and has 17 years of experience in the IT industry in a wide range of roles including Sales, Partner Development and Professional Services. Prior to joining Microsoft he worked for AT&T, Nortel and three different venture funded firms in the US.
