‘Driving Business Outcome Transformation with An Effective Output Strategy’
As the market is moving forward with growth (albeit some uncertainty),
enterprises (large and small alike) are re-evaluating options to prioritize
investments and allocate resources to achieve new financial growth targets.
This has translated to driving transformation with ROI-led innovations.
Business leaders are looking to their CIOs/CTOs to harness/leverage
technology to drive some of these transformations. In recent times, we have
seen the rising interest of Cloud, business process optimization tools,
business and customer analytics, virtual machines/clients, mobility and
sustainability, all with the goals of driving overall cost optimization and
customer centricity.
In the output world, where savings and business process alignment can be
greatly achieved to support some of the ROI-led transformations CIO/CTOs
are working towards in 2010-2011. This event/session will share some of the
transformations enterprises are undergoing/undertaking and how a timely
output strategy and effective MPS (managed print services and solutions)
can play an essential role to achieve the financial KPIs. The rise of the
CFO involvement in technology procurement is a key driver in many of the
output-led discussions and engagements.
In a similar light, with customer centricity taking the center stage as
enterprises chase after the next new customer and/or drive greater share of
wallet into current installed base, MPS becomes an important element in
externally-facing/impacted business processes. A greater pool of CIOs and
IT departments are beginning to understand and appreciate the financial
benefits and indirect value add of an effective output strategy with the
renewed focus on asset utilization. This is also inline with companies'
move from a CAPEX to an OPEX model as more cash is needed for emerging
market investments and strategic growth priorities.
