Horst Iblher Director Sales Support and Service Management, T-Systems Singapore
After graduating from the "Munich University of Applied Science" as an “Industrial Engineer” in 1987, Horst Iblher started as Business Consultant with Nixdorf Computer and extended his career 1991 onwards into several management positions with Siemens Nixdorf in Asia Pacific. From coaching SME implementation teams to establishing and managing entire ERP (SAP) practices with a main focus on turnkey System Integration projects and major SAP implementation projects.
Following the practical experiences of all these years Horst Iblher provided also IT management consultancy services to several subsidiaries of a German based multi-national company in Australia.
In 2005 Horst Iblher joined T-Systems Singapore as Director Sales Support, responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Sales team. Working closely with the local Sales and Service Management teams, as well as ensuring project required head quarters specialist support, the company achieved a significant growth rate over the years. Since 2008 Horst Iblher manages also the Service Management team of T-Systems Singapore. Combining the management of our Pre- as well as Post Sales teams ensures a smooth implementation and delivery of the designed and offered solutions and services for our customers in Asia South.
