Darren Murphy
Director of Internal Systems Development, DOCOMO interTouch

Darren oversees a team of engineers and IT professionals responsible for the planning, design and implementation of all of the IT-related business support systems that are used to run the day-to-day operations of DOCOMO interTouch and ensure strong business continuity and efficiency. Together with his team, Darren also oversees all operational support systems that manage DOCOMO interTouch’s suite of customer-facing solutions.

Based in Singapore, Darren’s role requires him to play a consultative role and work with the company’s business unit managers, product development group and Internal Systems (IS) Operations Director to ensure the alignment of Business Support Services (BSS) and Operational Support Services (OSS) development. He is also a strong supporter of Open Source software and development frameworks, and has been a key player in bringing about the adoption of Open Source within DOCOMO interTouch.
