Shabbir Baliwala is Solution Evangelist and Strategist for Compuware Asia’s operations.
As an evangelist, he works closely with various organisations to identify and communicate IT best practices to achieve maximum value from their current IT investments, as well as to help improve the performance of their applications.
As a strategist, Shabbir plays a vital role in assisting organisations to manage their business services beyond infrastructure, establish and report Service Level Agreements (SLA), leverage on existing resources to increase productivity, and isolate fault domains and improve overall performance of the network.
Shabbir brings with him over 12 years of experience in Network Design, Application Performance Management and Business Service Delivery. His prior experience in leading technology units, pre-sales and implementation has helped organisations maintain their SLA on business services.
Shabbir holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science major in Chemistry.
