| Synopsis |
| |
|
This interactive panel (with Q&A) will cover the changing landscape of the channel ecosystem in the Asia/Pacific region, particularly as the 'cloud' looms large over the market and ICT buyers begin to shift away from the traditional product and services offering.
As part of this market evolution, IDC believes channel partners will play a significant role, insofar as they can adapt their business models. This will require additional investments in areas such as services or potentially increased partner-to-partner collaboration to address this market change. Vendors will need to assess, recruit, manage and motivate the different types of channels on a country-by-country basis.
This session will provide insights, case studies and best practices on how vendors can enable their channels to take advantage of this market transition. If you have any question you would like answered by our IDC analysts, please email them to gmohanadas@idc.com .
