Ruth Rowan is Head of Global Propositions & Marketing, CRM for BT Global Services. In her role Ruth is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for the company’s CRM business in all of BT’s global markets including the UK, Europe, US and Asia Pactific. BT ‘s capability spans from component parts of technology to managed, hosted and fully outsourced CRM solutions for companies of all sizes in all industry sectors.
Ruth joined BT in January 2005 from Siebel Systems where she was Director, Integrated Marketing, EMEA. In this role, a key focus was the development of the go-to-market plan and deliverables for Siebel’s entry into both the hosted CRM space with Siebel CRM OnDemand in early 2004, and subsequently the broader SMB market with a new strategy encompassing internal resources, partnerships, messaging, targets and product strategy.
Ruth has an honours degrees in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford. |
