His core skills include Business Development, Practice Development, Establishing C Level Client Relationship, Program Management of sophisticated process and technology projects, Performance Improvement across supply chain and operations, IT Shared Services, Architecting industry Solutions for high tech, consumer goods, C&P, T&T and utility sectors, Technological Solutions in SAP, Oracle Suite, Technological Solutions in complex system integration.
Shyam also has extensive consulting experience in industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemicals & Petroleum, Electronics, Healthcare, Retail, Shipping, Travel & Transport, and Utilities.
Shyam joined IBM in 1998 after a decade’s experience in setting up and running state of the art manufacturing facilities in Electronics, White Goods and Distribution Industries. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, in India.
