Chih Feng Ku is the Technical Sales Manager of Business Intelligence & Performance Management segment, under IBM Information Management software division. He leads a team of technical sales specialists across Asia Pacific, to support and drive sales opportunities with Cognos Performance Management solution. In his current role, he develops strategies, directions and skill enablement plans for Cognos technical sales team.
Chih Feng joined IBM/Cognos in 2002, and he has more than 16 years of presales and consulting experience in various data warehousing, business intelligence and performance management tools such as Platinum Technology, Hyperion and Cognos.
