Mathew Varghese is the "Advisor" to the "Office of the CTO" on Customer Care. An industry veteran with more than 18 years experience in the IT industry, Mathew has been the key contributor in the stupendous growth of Unified Communications business for Cisco in Asia Pacific.
He spends a great deal of his time travelling across the 13 countries in AsiaPacific that he is responsible for, listening to our customers, partners and incorporating the feedback received into our next generation ¡°Customer Care 2.0¡± platform. He works very closely with the Analysts & Press community delivering the message of Cisco¡¯s Unified Communications.
He has been speaking at International events such as "Networkers", World Wide Analyst Summit and so on, on the success factors, deployment best practices of Unified Communications. He has also been the guest speaker at various International Industry hosted events such as "Call Center Association of Philippines", "Customer Contact World", Contact Center Association of Singapore Symposium and so on.
Mathew has been with Cisco for over 9 years. Prior to Cisco, Mathew was working for IBM & HP in various capacities & in different countries.
